Truck Loading - Loading Bellows

Truck loading bellows enable bulk solid raw materials coming from storage systems or transport systems to be loaded into trucks or flatbed vehicles without creating dust.

Truck loading bellows are used to transport bulk raw materials stored in vertical storage silos, bunkers and similar storage systems to trucks and open-body vehicles.

Mechanical transport systems, spiral , conveyor belts is used to load items.

Truck Loading - Loading Bellows Working Principle

Filling - loading bellows are used to fill the stock areas and transport vehicles with powder, granule and grain materials coming from raw material storage, transport and transfer systems in a closed volume. Thanks to the flexible - telescopic structure of the filling bellows, it extends vertically to the area to be filled. The loading bellows consists of an outer wall, an inner wall and wear cones. The material coming from the discharge point flows through the wear cones with its own gravity. The dust particles formed during discharge are sucked into the dust collection system between the outer wall and the inner wall.

Truck Loading - Dust Removal in Filling Bellows

In self-filtered models of filling-loading bellows, dust particles are separated from the air in the internal dust collection filter and the dust particles separated from the air are transferred to the filling area. Dust formed in filling-loading bellows without dust collection filter is prevented by an external filter (industrial facility - the business's own dust collection filter). After the loading process is completed, the loading bellows automatically or under operator control collect themselves upwards and become closed. The loading-filling bellows are controlled from the internal control panel. The operator controls the loading bellows with a wired or wireless hand control.
